What you will do

• Develop and maintain server-side features, including CSS removal and image optimization services.
• Design and architect software to deliver product and marketing visions through iterative agile development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and implement technical specifications for user stories and EPICs.
• Perform code reviews and tests on pull requests to ensure quality, performance, and stability.
• Optimize service reliability, security, and scalability to improve the overall user experience.
• Contribute to the internal agentic AI setup, shared code libraries, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Solid expertise in PHP and Python using modern OOP techniques and AI assistance.
• Proven experience building and maintaining services used by tens of thousands of users.
• Experience with automated code validation, including unit and integration testing.
• Proficient English communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening).
• Availability to work within UTC+3 to UTC-5 time zones.
• Strong ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Django, WordPress, and/or Node.js.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Chef, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, or Kibana.
• Previous experience working in a fully remote environment.
