Platform Engineer – Agentic AI & Harness Engineering (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate operational and deployment tasks to increase team velocity.
• Integrate automated quality and performance gates in collaboration with the QA team.
• Support container-based and serverless environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with dev and ops teams to eliminate friction in the delivery flow.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Working knowledge of containers and at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Ability to read and write code beyond YAML configurations.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid HQ (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Knowledge of security or observability tooling within pipelines.
• Experience with GitOps and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
• Relevant Cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
