What you will do

• Transition legacy and manual deployment processes to a fully automated, DevOps-ready posture.
• Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and operations across on-prem and AWS infrastructure.
• Design reliable continuous deployment solutions to improve system availability and uptime.
• Manage operational costs through optimal resource utilization and capacity planning.
• Enforce security policies by tracking and addressing vulnerabilities.
• Support Dev and QA teams by maintaining environments and participating in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience driving CI/CD for cloud-based systems, specifically AWS.
• 2+ years of experience in a 24/7 global SaaS/PaaS operation.
• 2+ years of experience with virtualization and Docker containers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, bash, or Python.
• Ability to work onsite in Madrid.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
• Experience with Windows Server and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Competence in managing backend technologies like MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
