What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end content operations for market-related content to enhance user experience and conversion.
  • Monitor financial and crypto trends in real-time to translate market movements into timely and accurate content.
  • Lead cross-functional content projects (Academy, Square, News) from brief to launch.
  • Utilize engagement metrics and data to build feedback loops and iterate content strategy.
  • Implement AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to scale content production, localization, and personalization.
  • Develop content strategies tailored to various user lifecycle stages, including onboarding and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of content operations experience, specifically with financial or investment platforms.
  • Deep sensitivity to macro financial trends and understanding of investor trading behavior.
  • Proven project management skills and experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong instincts in user operations, segmentation, and lifecycle-driven behavior.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and fluency in English for coordination with overseas partners.
  • Must be based in Asia.
