What you will do

• Analyze user behavior, content quality, and consumption patterns to identify recommendation improvements.
• Optimize recommendation scenarios including Feed, Hot Tab, Topic, News, and creator distribution.
• Build and refine data metrics for content quality, user interest profiling, and community health.
• Design recommendation strategies focusing on recall, ranking, cold-start, and personalization.
• Conduct A/B testing and bad-case analysis to evaluate algorithm and product impact.
• Explore LLMs and multimodal models for content understanding and personalized distribution.

Requirements

• Must be a current university student or recent graduate.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data mining.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python.
• Familiarity with recommendation systems, ranking models, user profiling, or A/B testing.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
