What you will do

• Identify and prioritize reusable IP from client engagements based on technical generalizability and commercial applicability.
• Develop a spectrum of assets, including solution pattern libraries, playbooks, reference architectures, and market-ready products.
• Collaborate with capability leadership to define and evolve go-to-market offerings and scoped services.
• Enable delivery teams by embedding reusable components and assets into their active workflows to earn adoption.
• Manage the IP development pipeline and communicate the roadmap of validated market assets to leadership.

Requirements

• Strong capability for abstraction and productization thinking to identify transferable patterns from specific client contexts.
• Commercial and market instinct to distinguish between internally impressive IP and value that clients will pay for.
• Technical fluency in Agentic AI, automation, and low-code application spaces to communicate effectively with developers.
• Ability to influence technical practitioners and delivery teams without direct authority.
• Location: Must be based in Europe
• Strong structured thinking and ability to distill complex delivery outputs into portable documentation.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with low-code or agentic automation platforms such as Power Platform, UI Path, or Appian.
• Experience working on AI-infused products or workflows.
• Exposure to commercial pricing and packaging of technology services or products.
