Salary: $100K–$130K CAD

What you will do

• Develop and ship new features and improvements for the ShareGate Migration Tool.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Modernize the codebase to ensure the application remains performant and maintainable.
• Strengthen test suites to prevent regressions and ensure product reliability at scale.
• Resolve complex technical issues and unblock the support team to accelerate customer resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering commercial products with strong customer adoption.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining desktop or commercial applications in C#/.NET.
• Experience with React.
• Deep expertise in dependency injection principles.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for development workflows.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with the Microsoft API ecosystem (Graph SDK, MSAL, SharePoint CSOM/REST).
