What you will do

• Translate technology roadmaps and process integration strategies into product and market strategies.
• Develop patterning strategy frameworks and layer stack scenarios for long-term planning.
• Analyze market trends and develop customer capacity scenarios to forecast demand.
• Develop and own Cost of Ownership and value models articulating product differentiation.
• Integrate across business lines, account teams, and strategy functions to align priorities.
• Build and leverage external networks with customers, partners, and industry experts.

Requirements

• Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan
• 5–10+ years in semiconductor industry, preferably in advanced logic foundry environment.
• Strong background in process integration, device/process engineering, or patterning/lithography.
• Deep understanding of advanced node scaling, process flows, and cost-performance trade-offs.
• Proven ability to translate technology insights into strategic and commercial implications.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Masters or PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
