What you will do

• Formulate and refine model regulations, municipal bylaws, and public policy papers for ride-hailing, multi-modal transit, and EV infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze national and regional transportation laws to identify operational risks or expansion opportunities.
• Perform regulatory gap analysis against upcoming business features to determine structural roadblocks and legal viability.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Product teams to ensure regulation drafts match technological constraints and corporate targets.
• Draft joint position statements and industry-wide documents in coordination with industry associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in legal drafting or regulatory affairs within government agencies, top-tier law firms, or public policy teams.
• Strong expertise in transport and digital economy regulations, ride-hailing, and EV policies.
• Established network among government stakeholders with proven impact on policy decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent project management capabilities.
• Must be based in Jakarta (On-site)
