What you will do
- Analyze legal cases and provide effective legal opinions for company litigation.
- Manage all litigation cases effectively, ensuring timely filing and progress monitoring.
- Prepare necessary internal and external legal documentation.
- Represent the company at police summons and court proceedings.
- Brief internal employees for legal meetings and proceedings.
- Collaborate with operational and compliance teams to enhance internal controls and anti-fraud systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Litigation.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm.
- PERADI license is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and take initiative.
