What you will do

• Develop and implement legal procedures to ensure company-wide compliance with applicable laws.
• Identify and manage legal risks while developing strategies to mitigate potential liabilities.
• Provide expert legal guidance on contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
• Manage litigation issues and represent the company in legal proceedings, coordinating with outside counsel.
• Advise on structuring and negotiating corporate actions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Handle corporate secretarial responsibilities, including board meetings and annual general meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
• 10+ years of combined experience as a lawyer in a law firm and legal counsel in the financial industry.
• Solid understanding of financial industry regulations, specifically Bank Indonesia and OJK.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile work environment.
