Salary: $112,100 - $154,200 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Technical QA Analysts, handling career management and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with designers and programmers to maintain gameplay consistency and technical integrity.
- Execute QA strategies, conduct risk analysis, and proactively mitigate quality issues early in development.
- Perform hands-on technical QA across PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
- Define success KPIs and develop data-driven reporting for development leads and directors.
- Participate in the interviewing and hiring process to grow the Technical QA team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical QA Analyst with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).
- Ability to develop complex strategies for integration, stress, and performance testing.
- Experience capturing debug information such as PIX captures or debug network messages.
- Deep understanding of game development lifecycles and technology dependencies.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Boston, MA office.
Nice to have
- Programming or scripting skills, preferably in C++ and/or Python.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience in implementing automation frameworks or authoring automated tests.
