Salary: $184,500 – $295,000

What you will do

• Drive technical vision and target architecture for the agentic marketing platform, covering data, services, and workflows.
• Design and ship systems to make content machine-readable for various AI agent archetypes and browsers.
• Extend marketing surfaces into agent-specific indices, model training data, and live retrieval infrastructure.
• Lead a small engineering squad, setting technical standards and reviewing architectural designs.
• Architect engineering workflows utilizing autonomous coding agents to amplify team output.
• Ensure high-quality Agent Access via APIs and MCPs with strict SLOs and observability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience (or 6+ with a Master’s degree).
• Hands-on experience with AI systems, including LLMs, RAG, MCPs, and agent orchestration.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or Scala).
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, modern CI/CD, and observability tooling.
• Strong expertise in systems architecture and API design for high-traffic services.
• Authorized to work in the US and based in Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing technology, ad platforms, or growth optimization stacks.
• Active engagement with the AI ecosystem and relationships with frontier labs or AI startups.
• Familiarity with AI/ML production patterns, safety guardrails, and evaluation.
