Salary: $153,400 — $210,850 USD

What you will do

• Drive technical triage, infrastructure visibility, and incident resolution for multi-cloud data enclaves and Generative AI software.
• Serve as the secure-zone operational interface to unblock complex GovCloud system interactions for internal engineering teams.
• Execute and adapt infrastructure scripts, automation tools, and diagnostic workflows natively within secure boundaries.
• Identify and resolve systemic environment blocks and optimize compliant patch deployment pipelines.
• Implement operational frameworks within secure facilities (SCIF) to meet federal security benchmarks.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Support Engineering, or DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or Java to troubleshoot software and infrastructure code.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on debugging and systems administration in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong foundation in Linux/Unix, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and automated patch pipelines.

Nice to have

• Active Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• Experience supporting AWS WWPS, OCI Federal Support, or high-side defense integration.
• History of navigating federal compliance frameworks or air-gapped environment constraints.
