Location: Hybrid; Must report to Warren, MI three times per week

What you will do

• Own end-to-end governance of enterprise Quality platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and regulatory alignment.
• Lead strategy and deployment of AI-driven Quality solutions and intelligent automation to improve issue detection and resolution speed.
• Integrate Quality systems with enterprise data platforms to enable real-time visibility and predictive insights.
• Align Engineering, Software, Safety, and IT teams to unify systems, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Modernize legacy systems and standardize processes by eliminating redundancies and embedding automation.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across Quality Systems, AI, and analytics domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Engineering, IT, Data analytics, or Product Development.
• Strong proficiency with issue-management tools such as Jira, PRTS, or GIMS.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical system workflows and direction.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Quality, or IT.
• Experience architecting Agentic AI solutions for decision support.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Power BI, and real-time data feed design.
• DFSS Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience in automotive quality or software quality management.
