What you will do
- Serve as the technical lead for the AMMM Customer Support Center.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for avionics and electrical systems.
- Manage and ensure team commitments to internal and external customers are met.
- Mentor less experienced team members and provide performance feedback.
- Drive innovation and efficiency improvements within the support center.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required for government security clearance (Secret level).
- Expert level hands-on experience troubleshooting avionics and electrical issues on C-130J aircraft.
- Expert level experience researching technical publications for US and international customers.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with systems troubleshooting and structural repairs on C-130J.
- Experience with C-130H aircraft.
- FAA A&P certificate.
