What you will do

• Partner with Customer Intelligence and Retention leaders to translate business questions into analytical problems and decision-ready insights.
• Own the full analytical lifecycle from scoping and metric definition to SQL extraction and deep-dive analysis.
• Develop compelling data-driven narratives, presentations, and reports to influence strategic roadmaps.
• Create dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Looker to communicate complex findings to technical and executive audiences.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to automate data extraction and accelerate analytical outputs.
• Leverage advanced analytical models, causal inference studies, and segmentation to drive business strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business or customer analysis within consumer technology, subscription, or streaming environments.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience applying LLM-based code assistants to enhance analytical efficiency.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical findings persuasively to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
