What you will do

• Deploy and activate network solutions and internet circuits for new and existing customers.
• Configure and optimize network infrastructure using Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, Extreme, and Ruckus equipment.
• Analyze unfamiliar network environments and create detailed technical documentation using Visio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to handle equipment installation, service testing, and problem resolution.
• Troubleshoot networking incidents and manage the transition of deployed services to the support team.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding project plans, potential impacts, and testing procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in networking and firewall management.
• Proficiency with IPv4 protocols, VPN, TCP/IP, and Next Generation Firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with products from Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, Cisco, Ruckus, or Extreme.
• Experience with Visio for network mapping and documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent professional work experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.

Nice to have

• Fortinet NSE4 or higher certification.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as N-able or Solarwinds.
