What you will do

• Investigate and identify root causes of organic traffic and ranking declines.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits covering crawlability, architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
• Evaluate and optimize visibility for AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Develop prioritized, business-focused recommendations for organic growth.
• Present findings and strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 7+ years of professional SEO experience.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, and schema markup.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical data into business impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search visibility.
• Background in agency environments or ecommerce SEO.
• Experience with B2B lead generation strategies.
