What you will do

• Develop and coordinate research project activities, maintaining timelines and tracking deliverables under the PI's direction.
• Contribute to the design, modification, and development of research projects.
• Coordinate and execute data collection, data extraction, and results analysis.
• Manage project expenditures, reconcile accounts, and facilitate grant applications.
• Train and supervise junior research assistants, students, and technicians.
• Draft manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and academic presentations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
• English: Fluent (C1+) required.
• Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, speech, and audiology sciences.
• Ability to conduct experimental research using quantitative methods.

Nice to have

• MSc Graduate degree in psychology, speech sciences, linguistics, or education.
• Experience specifically in audiology research.
• Ability to perform data modeling and validation functions.
