What you will do

• Own the design development and delivery of in-vehicle digital experiences across assigned product areas.
• Create exceptional visual design concepts, mood boards, UI assets, and production-ready graphics.
• Lead design reviews and set visual quality standards for complex digital interfaces.
• Drive alignment across design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive experiences.
• Use research and usability data to strengthen visual clarity and customer outcomes.
• Serve as a visual craft leader by mentoring junior team members and sharing expertise.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital user interfaces for automotive, embedded, or mobile products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual craft and UX problem-solving.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools including Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work independently and solve ambiguous design challenges.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in automotive or complex digital interface design.
• Experience with brand-forward digital systems and interface design systems.
• Skills in prototyping, motion design, or interaction storytelling.
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle for embedded systems.
