What you will do

• Lead administration, configuration, and performance tuning for MySQL and PostgreSQL in production environments.
• Manage and scale AWS RDS instances and monitor cloud database operations.
• Implement data migration and replication strategies from transactional systems to Datalakes via AWS DMS.
• Collaborate on the architecture of real-time data pipelines using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Perform data validation, integrity control, and discrepancy analysis between source and analytical systems.
• Define optimal data modeling structures for Datalake and satellite systems.

Requirements

• Proven senior experience as a DBA, preferably in Fintech or high-volume corporate environments.
• Advanced mastery of MySQL (Required) and PostgreSQL administration and tuning.
• Expertise in AWS infrastructure, specifically RDS and AWS DMS (Required).
• English: B2 or higher (oral and written).
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL engines such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cassandra.
• Practical knowledge of data streaming tools like Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis.
• Understanding of retail business models and transactional dynamics.
