What you will do

• Lead and coach an AR Collections team to improve cash flow, reduce delinquency, and enhance DSO.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and high-risk accounts.
• Monitor billing quality metrics and identify root causes for errors or disputes.
• Evaluate workload distribution and ensure adherence to operational controls and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline billing processes and increase first-pass invoice accuracy.
• Provide performance reporting to AR leadership and collaborate with cross-functional business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and strategic issue resolution.
• Expert-level knowledge of SAP or other large-scale ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong competency in Microsoft Office.
