What you will do
- Execute and monitor ICFR controls, including Control Self-Assessments (CSA), ensuring effective documentation and operation.
- Validate financial activities such as reconciliations and journal entries to identify risks and provide recommendations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, managing documentation and remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Revenue teams to embed global control standards into processes.
- Drive process optimization and automation using tools like Power Automate, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Identify and document financial and operational risks to support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting or controllership environments.
- Strong expertise in ICFR frameworks, control testing methodologies, and audit interactions.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Experience in project-based environments focused on process improvement and automation.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma projects.
