What you will do

• Manage General Ledger entries and prepare financial reports to ensure accurate financial results.
• Oversee project financial data, including tracking spend and organizing documentation for capital asset creation.
• Maintain headcount and workforce data within timekeeping systems and analyze monthly metrics.
• Administer Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system workflows, including vendor onboarding and compliance.
• Support process documentation activities and perform ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2-3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of GL processes, financial controls, and accrual methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerAutomate.
