Compensation: $55,700 - $83,500 per year

What you will do

• Track and report KPIs by developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
• Perform data analysis using Excel to monitor team performance and peer review processes.
• Create, update, and maintain process documentation and manuals to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate training sessions and contribute to the development of training materials.
• Provide quality assurance and support for low-complexity projects like lighting reviews.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA without employer sponsorship or support.
• Strong analytical skills (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency or interest in learning Power BI and Smartsheet.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data organization.
• Demonstrated interest in process improvement, documentation, and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
