AI Solutions Architect (Federal): Serving as the pre-sales technical lead for federal AI initiatives with an accent on securing AI workloads in airgapped and SaaS environments. Focus on architecting deployments, building mission-focused AI demonstrations, and integrating security platforms across the Intelligence Community and DoD.

Location: Remote (US), DC Metro Area Preferred. Active Top Secret or TS eligible strongly preferred.

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer missions, AI architectures, and security requirements.
• Architect and deploy security platforms in both SaaS and fully airgapped federal environments.
• Build mission-focused AI demonstrations and proof-of-concept applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Manage Kubernetes-based deployments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and architecture sessions to diverse audiences, from data scientists to senior executives.
• Convert field learnings into reusable demos and structured feedback for internal product and research teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or applied AI engineering.
• Direct experience supporting federal customers across the IC, DoD, or civilian agencies.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Security literacy regarding adversarial machine learning and AI attack classes.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements and industry events.

Nice to have

• Experience securing AI/ML systems in production or classified environments.
• Knowledge of AI supply chain concerns and model file formats like ONNX or SafeTensors.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or Kubernetes/Cloud certifications.
• Public technical work such as GitHub repositories, conference talks, or technical writing.
