What you will do

• Manage end-to-end virtual event production, including pre-event preparation, live facilitation, and post-event recording production.
• Train and connect presenters on the platform and perform public script reading during live events.
• Troubleshoot technical A/V issues in real-time to ensure high-quality audio and video output.
• Create and manage archive recordings for client training and future use.
• Maintain updated SOPs and quality records while building professional client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience facilitating virtual events, preferably using Zoom and Adobe Connect.
• Proficiency with A/V production and editing tools, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Must be based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to facilitate events in European time zones.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn new software quickly and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction.

• Experience in the pharma or life science industries.
