TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or near Bellheim, Germany (Hybrid 60:40 remote arrangement).

What you will do

  • Design, script, and produce high-quality educational videos for diverse training needs.
  • Break down complex workflows into clear, logically structured individual steps.
  • Create and release multilingual content using localization tools and AI-driven solutions.
  • Leverage advanced Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech engines to generate high-quality audio.
  • Edit and refine videos using tools like Camtasia to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master or Bachelor program in instructional design, media design, video development, or engineering.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is highly desired.
  • Proven experience in video production and editing (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong understanding of technology with the ability to present technical information, including mechanical systems and electrical wiring.
  • Proficiency in MS365.
  • Experience or knowledge of Learning Design, adult learning principles, and project management.
