Location: Hybrid (Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania). 2 days in office are recommended.

Salary: €3,792 — €5,125 EUR gross monthly

What you will do

• Own daily AV operations for the Conference Center across the main space, DJ/bar zone, and terrace.
• Execute all-hands, hybrid meetings, livestreams, and internal podcast recordings from recording to publishing.
• Operate and coordinate audio, video, lighting, and room control systems during live events.
• Run multi-camera productions, including 4K livestreaming and recording scenarios.
• Provide high-level technical support for C-suite and board-level meetings with zero improvisation.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, room modes, runbooks, and equipment health monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating AV systems for professional meetings, events, or production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage livestreaming and hybrid meeting support end-to-end.
• Capability to troubleshoot calmly and effectively during live events.
• Experience providing AV support for senior stakeholders and leadership-level events.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Lithuania (Vilnius/Kaunas).

Nice to have

• Experience with Q-SYS or similar room control/DSP platforms.
• Knowledge of AV over IP and network-based AV environments.
• Experience with multi-camera production and wireless microphone coordination.
• Basic understanding of DJ and event performance setups.
