What you will do
- Guide veterinarians and technicians through the Relief-to-Hire process from interest to offer.
- Coordinate with internal teams and hospital partners to match candidates to the right opportunities and track hiring needs.
- Follow and improve SOPs by identifying workflow gaps, bottlenecks, and proposing process enhancements.
- Maintain candidate and placement records in HubSpot and support reporting, forecasting, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate billing for completed placements and resolve billing-related issues.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in account coordination, inside sales, recruiting, or client-facing operations managing multiple relationships.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline/portfolio of active candidates, deals, or accounts while tracking next steps and status.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on keeping people supported and informed.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Comfort using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management, activity logging, and reporting.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
