TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership assessment and development.
  • Conduct leadership assessments for senior Navy leaders, including Flag Officers and SES members.
  • Deliver professional feedback to senior officers and executives.
  • Support NLAP events across Navy Type Communities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of leadership development methodologies.
  • Travel to deliver on-site assessments as required.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Doctorate in clinical, counseling, or industrial-organizational psychology.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in personnel assessment, selection, or work-suitability interviews.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with active-duty military populations.
  • Expertise in reviewing and interpreting cognitive and non-cognitive psychometric testing instruments.
  • Practical experience with group-administered psychological testing instruments.
