Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD per year base pay, plus discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct machine learning research to improve multiple aspects of the investment pipeline.
• Produce trading and predictive signals using innovative machine learning algorithms.
• Apply LLM-based agentic technology to develop and test trading signals and algorithms.
• Implement signal compression, combination techniques, and state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms.
• Design deep learning architectures and develop model frameworks for investment professionals.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, and team members to optimize algorithms and communicate complex concepts.

Requirements

• PhD in a quantitative or highly analytical field such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of research or professional experience applying machine learning to complex problems.
• Strong programming and software development skills, including C++, Python, and PyTorch.
• Advanced practitioner-level knowledge of statistical inference, machine learning, software solvers, and/or mathematical optimization.
• Experience with experiments, statistical inference, version control, continuous integration, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, judgment, attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
