Content Production Manager

Location: On-site at the New York Support Office, 110 5th Ave, New York, NY, USA

Salary: $120,320 annually; exempt position

What you will do

• Adapt and deliver globally initiated campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push channels.
• Plan and coordinate local CRM-driven activations, asset production, and channel readiness.
• Manage content needs against daily plans, CRM calendars, global playbooks, and required formats.
• Direct and prioritize content coordinators while overseeing quality, timelines, and production standards.
• Coordinate with Oliver production agency, CRM teams, vendors, and production partners to brief, track, and approve assets.
• Support segmented and personalized content delivery by ensuring the correct asset versions and formats are available.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in content management, copy editing, and proofreading.
• Strong organizational and linguistic skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Proficiency with creative and office software tools.
• Fluent English and at least one local language required.
• Experience managing content for media platforms; fashion industry experience is preferred.
