What you will do
- Act as the primary link between the Country Sales Organisation and the Shared Service Centre to ensure delivery of service objectives.
- Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align service requirements with capabilities.
- Set service priorities with local stakeholders and manage third-party resources.
- Analyze KPIs to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall productivity.
- Lead the implementation of business process changes and facilitate team training.
- Resolve technical product or service issues to maximize customer value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical customer service or business partner roles.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and solve complex problems.
- Experience with performance data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to align operational planning with sales objectives.
- Must be located in or able to commute to Northampton, UK
