Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React/Next.js)

TL;DR

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React/Next.js): Building and scaling a profitable D2C SaaS product with an accent on end-to-end feature ownership, high-traffic performance, and scalable architecture. Focus on developing complex product areas, optimizing PostgreSQL queries, and improving CI/CD workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (must be located within ± 4 hours of CET). Target countries: Ukraine, Bosnia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey.

What you will do

• Own complex product areas end-to-end, from architecture decisions through implementation and deployment.
• Drive technical direction and provide engineering input directly to Product and leadership.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of systems in a high-traffic environment.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and lead code reviews to elevate the team's technical bar.
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Monitor and debug production systems to improve stability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of production experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications.
• Strong practical experience with React and Next.js (including 2+ years with App Router).
• Deep understanding of TypeScript and modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, Cloudflare preferred).
• Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS architectures (Payload, Strapi, Sanity, or Contentful).
• Experience with billing and subscription systems (Stripe, Paddle, Recurly, RevenueCat).
• Experience with PDF rendering and manipulation libraries (pdf-lib, PDF.js, etc.).
• Prior experience with Nest.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with D2C SaaS or performance marketing.
