What you will do

• Develop and maintain mission-critical distribution grid management applications using C/C++.
• Design and implement robust, performant features based on complex requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to solve technical challenges.
• Ensure high code quality through design and code reviews and unit testing.
• Coach and mentor other developers on team processes and technologies.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with backend development, specifically C/C++.
• Experience with APIs and daemon processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
