What you will do

• Develop and enhance in-house sales-enablement tools to support distribution and investment teams.
• Automate processes for portfolio breakdowns, index construction, and portfolio transitions.
• Create automated fund holding, attribution, and risk reports.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support product positioning and investment reports.
• Support client servicing and new business pitches by preparing data-driven materials.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of Python and libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
• Strong programming capability in Python and VBA to build functionality across the Microsoft stack.
• Understanding of financial markets and asset classes, specifically index strategies.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and pipelines.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with commercial teams in a high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Flask, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience in investment management, index strategies, or benchmarks.
