What you will do

  • Respond to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chat in Spanish and English.
  • Take full ownership of customer-related issues and ensure effective resolution.
  • Process and manage pertinent information within company databases.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by team management.

Requirements

  • Spanish: Native or near-native proficiency required
  • English: Fluency required
  • Availability to work on 24/7 shift rotations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Collaborative mindset with clear, confident communication skills.

Nice to have

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and betting types.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in developing customer retention strategies.
  • Possession of a degree or diploma.
