Quality Assurance Specialist (Cosmetics)

What you will do

• Act as the primary QA point of contact for external vendors across Europe.
• Plan and execute quality audits to ensure compliance with hirify.global standards and GMP.
• Manage vendor qualification, onboarding, and certification processes.
• Oversee quality control activities, including investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support quality activities for new product launches and initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs and performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Quality role with knowledge of Quality Systems and GMP.
• Background in the cosmetic, food, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or working with Third Party Manufacturers (TPM).
• Experience with SAP.
• Data engineering skills or advanced experience developing dashboards in Power BI.
