What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute innovative software solutions to address business needs.
• Ensure software architecture meets all performance, quality, and security requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior developers to strengthen the engineering team.
• Create modifications for existing software to upgrade overall performance.
• Collaborate on the planning and design of technical solutions with parent company stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation of systems and applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Developer with strong C# and ASP.NET MVC expertise.
• Solid experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and modern .NET practices.
• Proven ability to build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven systems.
• Strong database experience with MSSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Git, NuGet, and JSON/XML data formats.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and BDD.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in mobile development or performance optimization.
