- Design, develop, and execute innovative software solutions to address business needs.
- Ensure software architecture meets all performance, quality, and security requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior developers to strengthen the engineering team.
- Create modifications for existing software to upgrade overall performance.
- Collaborate on the planning and design of technical solutions with parent company stakeholders.
- Maintain thorough documentation of systems and applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Developer with strong C# and ASP.NET MVC expertise.
- Solid experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and modern .NET practices.
- Proven ability to build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven systems.
- Strong database experience with MSSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with Git, NuGet, and JSON/XML data formats.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS and BDD.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in mobile development or performance optimization.
