What you will do

• Originate, structure, and execute syndicated P&ABF loan transactions in EMEA.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, includhirify.global term sheets and long-form documentation.
• Coordinate with Loan Sales to maintain relationships with financial institutions and ensure smooth distribution.
• Prepare syndication materials and provide loan market analysis and prichirify.global opinions.
• Organize virtual bank meethirify.globals to generate demand for coordinated deals.
• Monitor loan market dynamics and produce up-to-date investor intelligence.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in originathirify.global and structurhirify.global syndicated loans.
• Strong technical execution skills and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to handle the full lifecycle of syndicated loan transactions from origination to closhirify.global.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
