What you will do

• Own the core trading engine and its supporting infrastructure.
• Develop a CLOB-based trading venue for perpetual futures.
• Build lending services and structured products for tokenized markets.
• Make critical architectural decisions and lead the engineering team under tight timelines.
• Implement event-driven architectures and high-throughput order matching systems.

Requirements

• Deep experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems using Rust or Go.
• Strong understanding of derivatives mechanics, including perpetual funding, margining, and liquidation cascades.
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems and concurrency.
• Proven experience building financial or trading systems where correctness and risk management are critical.
• Experience leading engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Background in blockchain or tokenized asset settlement (e.g., Canton).
• Smart contract development experience.
• Familiarity with oracle design and price feed reliability.
• Prior experience at an exchange, market maker, or prop trading firm.
• Exposure to tokenized equities, commodities, or real-world asset (RWA) products.
