What you will do

• Design and deploy ML solutions to detect, validate, and reduce map quality issues.
• Define data analysis and model evaluation standards using advanced and segmented performance metrics.
• Lead the productionization of models and data pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Build and improve end-to-end automated workflows from issue detection to resolution.
• Perform code reviews and optimize solutions to ensure they are production-ready.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the planning of data science initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science or applied science roles at a Senior level.
• Strong expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and dimensionality reduction ML techniques.
• Excellent Python skills and experience with large-scale data processing using Spark.
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML solutions and data pipelines in production.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Lodz, Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial or road network data.
• Experience with ML experimentation and monitoring tools such as MLflow or Databricks.
• Experience with Java and related technologies.
