What you will do

• Analyze business processes, internal instructions, and conversation transcripts to inform AI agent design.
• Design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate complex business workflows.
• Create and manage training and test datasets for model improvement.
• Develop and apply methodologies to assess and refine AI agent performance.
• Write production-level bot copy and prompt instructions.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Portuguese is mandatory for designing conversational content.
• 2–3+ years of experience in AI/ML or conversational AI projects.
• Proven experience writing and iterating prompts for LLMs like GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience designing end-to-end conversational flows, intent mapping, and fallback handling.
• Background in business process analysis and translating workflows into dialogue scenarios.

Nice to have

• Experience with RASA.
• Python scripting skills.
