What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
• Track defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Support QA activities, analytics, incident management, and release impact analysis.
• Maintain test environments and improve overall testing efficiency.
• Provide quality insights to support go/no-go release decisions.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in end-to-end QA processes, including test strategy and UAT.
• Experience in functional, integration, and system-level testing in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, backend systems, and data flows.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience testing AI/LLM-powered products and conversational systems.
• Proficiency with logs, usage metrics, SQL, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
