Salary: €1,800–€2,500 per month + bonuses

What you will do

• Source and identify top-performing content creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Conduct high-volume prospecting using influencer databases to find creators within specific niches.
• Assess influencers’ credibility, brand safety, and reputation to identify potential risks.
• Analyze creator statistics and audience demographics to qualify leads and forecast partnership value.
• Craft compelling cold outreach messages and A/B test email campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
• Manage and organize a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the account management team.

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar outreach-heavy role.
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or the creator economy.
• Excellent written English for crafting highly converting cold outreach emails.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and spot trends quickly.
• Expertise in navigating social media platforms, primarily YouTube.
• Highly organized, fast-paced, and result-driven mindset.
