TL;DR

Focus on optimizing budgeting cycles, analyzing financial variances, and ensuring consistency between management and statutory reporting.

hirify.global is a fintech company specializing in financial brokerage and providing a SaaS internal trading platform to global brokers.

What you will do

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Develop and deliver financial performance dashboards and presentations for senior management.
  • Analyze financial data and cost centers to identify variances and improve business efficiency.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles and implement reporting automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics for BI tool maintenance and Accounting for data accuracy.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support for management requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an FP&A role.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and IFRS standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex models, pivot tables, automation) and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience with BI tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Priority, etc.).
  • English: B2 level or above required.

Nice to have

  • Professional qualification or active pursuit of ACCA / CIMA.
  • Experience working within international fintech companies.
