🇨🇾 Treasury Accountant / Finance Operations Specialist

International iGaming company with 10+ years on the market is expanding its finance operations team in Cyprus.

The business is currently going through an active scaling and transformation phase:
— expansion into new GEOs including LatAm
— growth of payment infrastructure
— diversification of PSP and provider ecosystem
— scaling of a high-load B2C platform
— development of new international products

The team is looking for a hands-on Treasury Accountant with strong operational mindset and experience working with payment flows, reconciliations and multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities:
— PSP settlements & reconciliations
— accounting of payment flows and corporate wallets
— crypto-related operations and transaction tracking
— investigation of unidentified transactions
— balances and payment controls
— operational accounting in 1C
— participation in finance process automation
— interaction with internal finance and payment teams

Requirements:
— 5+ years in accounting / treasury / finance operations
— strong reconciliation skills
— PSP/payment systems experience
— advanced Excel + 1C
— English B2+
— background in iGaming, fintech, forex, crypto or payment processing

Nice to have:
— crypto / blockchain exposure
— IFRS knowledge
— experience in high-volume transactional businesses
