iGaming company is looking for an experienced Financial Manager focused on budgeting, financial control and management reporting.

Responsibilities:
— development and management of budgeting processes
— preparation and control of budgets across departments and projects
— monitoring financial performance and budget deviations
— preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual PNL reports
— participation in financial planning and forecasting
— interaction with different departments regarding budgeting processes
— control of financial discipline and internal financial procedures
— participation in optimization and automation of reporting and budgeting processes
— preparation and presentation of financial reports for management

Requirements:
— experience in budgeting, financial control or management accounting
— strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting
— advanced Excel skills
— experience with 1C or similar financial systems
— analytical mindset and structured approach to work
— English B1+

Would be a plus:
— experience in iGaming, forex, investment or IT environments
— experience with automation of financial reporting and budgeting processes
— understanding of KPI-based financial management
